Due to restrictions on public gathering due to Covid-19 pandemic, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our association, will be held virtually (via ZOOM). We will have an agenda item to pass a resolution from the General Body to approve this online meeting as currently there is no provision in the EBA By-laws to hold such a meeting. Given the current situation, other organizations have adopted this approach for holding such meetings.

 Notice is hereby given to the members of the Edmonton Bengali Association (EBA) that Annual General Meeting (AGM) per Clause 7.1 of by-laws will be held as follows:

 Date:                   March 28, 2021 (Sunday)

Time:                   1 PM to 3:00 PM

Location:             Virtual (a link to Zoom session will be provided in due course)

You are earnestly requested to come to the AGM on time and express your opinion on various important matters relevant to the functioning of the EBA.
