Puja:    6pm – 7:30pm

Dinner: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Cultural Program: 8:30pm

EVENT FEES:

The Executive Committee has approved the Kali Puja event fees as follows:

         Family (2 adults and their two children – 17 years and under):  $40.00 per family

         Adult Member (Age 18 and over):                                 $15.00 per person

         Adult Non-Member (Age 18 and over):                         $17.00 per person

         Adult Student (Full Time):                                              $10.00 per person

PAYMENT PROCESS

Please renew or take your membership of the Association. You can pay your membership fees, donations, and event fees by using an e-transfer process. You can also make payments by a cheque (payable to EBA). If you wish to pay by an e-transfer, please use the following details:

o   Include your name and purpose of the transfer in the Message Box

CULTURAL PROGRAM:

Two artistes have been invited to sing a number of songs to entertain our audience at the event. One of these individuals is Shantanu Banerjee who is an accomplished singer. His partner, Raina Sen, is also a versatile singer who was a regular artiste with the All India Radio for many years.

NEED FOR VOLUNTEERS:

We need many volunteers for a variety of assistance activities at the venue! If you are available and willing to help, please come forward and extend your helping hands. For this purpose, please contact one of your EC members.

Please confirm your attendance by Oct 25th to help us to prepare food for the attendees.
